Greg Wittner is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois and before various United States District and Circuit Courts throughout the Country.

Wittner maintains an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, which remains the profession's most coveted and recognized distinction for legal and ethical excellence. He is also a member of The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Criminal Defense Attorneys (Missouri), which is an invitation-only organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from each state or region who meet stringent qualifications as a criminal trial lawyer.

In addition to Wittner’s 30 years of trial practice devoted exclusively to criminal defense, he has spent the last six years of his practice as a member of Rosenblum Schwartz Fry & Johnson.

Despite the exemplary legal services he provided along with all of the members of that firm, Wittner realized the inherent limitations and stressors placed upon the attorney-client relationship as a result of a large volume/caseload business approach to the practice of criminal defense.

"I found myself in a very unfortunate, and unfamiliar legal situation. I had two previous attorney's on retainer who both advised me to take a plea/settlement deal, which I did not want to do as I knew once the facts of the case were laid out the verdict would be not guilty.
